They are experienced claims professionals, (some ex loss adjusters) and we deliberately do not act on behalf of insurers in the claims process as we want to avoid any conflict of interest when acting on our clients’ behalf to get the best result for them.
We can provide a tailored service that suits you and your own processes to include attendance at regular meetings, onsite post loss visits and timely, sophisticated claims reporting and analysis.
This claims analysis can then be used to refine the insurance programme and also to help you with future risk management.
